Barrio Logan is home to Chicano Park, one of San Diego’s National Historic Landmarks. Chicano Park contains picnic areas, gardens, a dance pavilion, and the largest collection of outdoor murals in the country. This beloved gathering place is walking distance to art galleries and bustling food scene. If you’re lucky, you’ll be there during La Vuelta, which is a family friendly lowrider cruise night and festival that showcases the neighborhoods Chicano heritage. While most of the housing in this neighborhood tend to be mixed-use lowrises and multi-family units, there are still some single family residences from time to time. Barrio Logan is bordered by East Village to the north, Logan Heights to its east, and National City to its south.
