Welcome to East Village

Encompassing over 130 blocks, this is Downtown's largest neighborhood and home to Petco Park

Petco Park is undoubtedly the heart of this trendy neighborhood and is home to the San Diego Padres. It features a “Park at the Park”, where fans can watch games on a grassy hillside for $5 and a  residential highrise that overlooks the field. Just a short walk from Petco Park is the modern architectural landmark that is San Diego Central Library. From here you have panoramic views of the Coronado Bridge and the bay. East Village is bursting with life via its rooftop bars, cafes, and restaurants. Most of the housing in this walkable part of downtown will be mixed-use low and highrises luxury condos.
