Yes. The testimonials on this page are from real San Diego clients who worked with Alli Urguby on a transaction. Names are first name + last initial to protect privacy.
Where is the 5.0/5 rating from?

Why isn't there a Google review count?
SoNo Homes is in the process of setting up a Google Business Profile — Google reviews will be added there once it's live. Until then, Redfin is the canonical review source.

Are these all from buyers, or sellers too?
Both. The page mixes buyer-side and seller-side reviews, including out-of-state sellers and repeat clients (Damian B. has worked with Alli on four transactions).
Why don't I see Yelp or BBB?
SoNo Homes doesn't currently maintain Yelp or BBB listings. Redfin is where verified client reviews live — that's why it's the source we cite.
